Sweet ass volume as is customary in here mate. I tried that type of training for legs once, best pump I have ever gotten :)

did legs 2 days ago

Didnt stay in gym for long
too many people

did leg extensions, some leg presses on machine
ham curls, calf presses etc
nothing much, i had a panic attack and almost flipped out had to leave
was done in 12mins

squat
5 sets of 5 with 115lbs

flat bench press
5 sets of 5 with 135lbs

yates rows
5 sets of 5 with 115 lbs

incline flat presses 135, 3 sets of 5 and last two sets 3-4..

some abs.

Went to gym before work last nite, just got off of work 10mins ago
its 8:55am, clocked in at 11:01PM last nite

Did Squats

135-140? 5 reps
and i added 5-10lbs till the 5th set

bench
135
up to fuck i forgot.. tired

rows..

first set.. 135.. last 4 145

did some machine one handed rows up to 110lbs per arm 8 reps.

going to sleep now bye bye...

good weight nicca, keep that shit up.. your squats getting better every session bra... rows are nice and heavy too :)
