i also forgot to mention i did shoulders that day
i didnt put it in my workout log (on paper)

Seated shoulder raises on machine (facing the stack) forgot the weight, i know it was over 50lbs-8-10reps
seated shoulder raises on machine (facing away from stack,bigger padding) 50-70lbs 8-10reps
Seated shoulder machine press 3 sets up to 110lbs?

also forgot to mention.
all my squats from the end of week 1 to as of now, have been ATG (ass to grass/ground)

There were too many people in the gym
i got there at 4ish AM
got out around 5:10am
at 5AM large amounts of people came in
i lost my mind, had to leave

I posted my session on my 5x5 routine, on training exercise

squats -
165,170,175,180,185

(on the billstar thing is says do deadlifts, but reg deads are difficult for me, so i do SLDLs)
SLDLs -
165, 175,180,185,190 (i might have messed it up, but i know for sure i started with 165 and ended with 190 for last set) heh

Incline bench -
145,145,145,145,145, (last set i fucked up got 3 i believe? mightve been an extra set tho
i was busy listening to music rofl)

did some arms on technogym seated CC curl thing
35lbs 2 sets 8+ for left arm
40lbs 2 sets 8+ right arm
3rd set both hands together, 6Reps, then did the last 2 Alternating.

(going to do more for left arm strengthening)

this is also the last time i will be doing my routine 3 days in a row
thanks to Philo for telling me my body needs more time to rest
i will try to get this routine done with a day in between each session
even if work persists to beat my ass

Thanks Chesti, i'll make sure i get some cardio in.
i did however do bout' 5 mins of some hardcroe bicycling (on mountain bike) around town, i live down a hill, i put the bike on highest gear, pedaled like a motherfucker, got off my quads were pumped like rock.

^ yes they sure were Lance :), easily happens on a real bike but not in the gym lol..
I did 40mins cardio at the gym on stationary bike HR was in between 118-125.
70-90rpm. cals burned around 200
