Did a shift right before work last nite

Squats,bench, row

Squats 5 sets up to 175lbs 5 reps
bench, i forget,
rows up to 185, but got 2-3 shit reps with 185, decreased weight for 5
did one armed machine rows 1 set per arm
got the fuck out, cus i was nearly late for work
was going to shower first but didnt have enough time

Nice lil workout there hypo before your long shift at work. Must be hard not getting proper workouts in there. But at least you went man. Good job :2:

thanks guys, i try my best and then some more.
I found out i had Tuesday off, wed,thursday and saturday off from work
total bs, to be honest. said its cus of the holidays
im going to the gym today later on.

(had a 5 on the right side and 10 on the left on accident, didnt realize it til after the 5 sets of 5..took the plate off on the left, put a 10 on the right did an extra set of 5)

Rows bb

up to 185lbs for the last 3 sets
5x5

incline bench
135 x 5x5

some biceps, and back, situps on machine

lulz about the mistake, did that once on legpresses.. had 2 plates more on one side than the other one.. felt like a jerk :49:

There were a lot of people at the gym
i went after work..
i was going to do my routine
but did an hour of cardio
12.06miles, 90rpm, 128-132 HR, 305cals

tonite 3:40am to 5:00ish AM

Squats
145, 155,160,165,170

bench 155 - - - -

bb rows (non yates row style) 145, 155,165,175,180
(note: 180 was hard, next time i'll get it without nearly puking)

Triceps - standing tricep pressdowns 4 sets , 40lbs,. 1st set 8reps overhand, 2nd set underhand, 3rd set overhand, 4th set underhand all 8 reps

biceps - ez curl bb curls wide grip
55lbs 8 reps, 65lbs 8 reps
standing db hammer curls 30lbs 10-12, 35lbs 8-10

left hand bicep weak point strengthening- seated curls on technogym machine
35lbs 10+reps (only left hand)

abs-
standing cable side crunches 45lbs 8+reps per side (per oblique side)
2 sets, 1st set one handed, 2nd both hands (full crunch) rofl fulllll crunch
Seated ab crunches on some technogym machine 60lbs 2 sets 50-60? lbs 8+reps
seated ab crunches on this machine you kinda use legs and arms to crunch
43kgs? 8-12reps 1 set i believe
seated ab crunches on some other machine 80-100lbs 8 reps 1 set
oblique twists 100lbs 2 sets per side 8-10reps

sat in spa, sauna, and steam sauna, and took shower ( i def needed it HAHAH)
