was trying to mix my Purple wraath in a ziploc bag, and my no shotgun in a separate one.
then i wanted to put more purple wraath in the bag, so i did, but then realized it put a scoop of it with the no shotgun bag lol

some arms, shoulders etc more stuff
taking 8 days off from gym really got me good
gonna force my self to put on more weight..

yea thanks Marko :)

im quiting my 5x5 routine
and switching to a 1 to 2 week split FB (full body)
but incorporating my deads and squats 5x5 principles.
