12 mins of light cardio with 3mins cool down.
50+cals

some bicep work,
Freemotion cable curls seated, and standing 35,40,45lbs 8+reps each and relaxed negatives
(breath rights)

then seated and standing db curls all 30lbs
first set seated db curls, then standing, then seated db hammer curls
then standing db hammer curls 10+reps.

bicep peak is getting a bit better..

2 days a week FB

workout i did tuesday

Warm up rotator cuffs,

Chest --
Incline db presses - 40,45,50 8 reps each
flat bb presses - 135,140,145 8-10 each

biceps --
ez bb curls - 4 sets 8+ 55lbs

triceps --
Super set
both hands tricep pushdowns, then one handed tricep push downs
3sets each 8reps
for one handed -- 20,25,30lbs
with both hands 30,40,50

back --
db rows - 45,55, 60 6-8reps each
db shrugs - 65,70,75 8reps each

legs --
leg extensions - 95, 110 8reps
squats 3 sets 8 135, 135,135

shoulders --
Superset db side raises with db presses
17.5lbs for side raises, and 30lbs for presses
6-8reps each 3 sets each

abs --
6+ plus sets for abs,

good workout man, when do you switch to a split to loose your fb routine?

or do you think you get more out of fb than split?

thanks guys,

did cardio today, 35mins 160+cals

did some other workout stuff a couple days ago..

i like the full body routine, but will now have to do it once a week, but another day in that week will consist of only upper body, but no triceps. since tris get worked easily..

Okay, went to gym after work

Some rotator cuff stuff
ab rope crunches 2 sets standing 2 sets kneeling up to 90-100lbs
leg presses up to 6 plates per side (2 sets) 8-15reps then 6plates per side for calf presses. 8+reps
leg extensions 115lbs slow reps 8-12 then one legged 50-60lbs 6-8reps

bicep one arm free motion curls 30-40lbs 8-12 reps, pause at peak and flex.
one handed tricep dip machine presses 50lbs 10+reps
110lbs one handed still 6-8reps.

Im going to increase weight on leg presses by 45lb plates only

the dip machine is kool Miami, but this thing still needs a belt on the seat. lulz..

Yea man addictions like that can unwind into being uncontrollable very fast, and never believe her when she says she has it under control, had an intervention for an uncle, he still in rehab.. heroin though.

^ thats what im worried bout' compulsive lying, and all. i think for now, whats best is being with her more often trying to make her smile,laugh etc, without using drugs.
which im good at, my epic humour gets to her.

Did some stuff today

rotator cuff work,
from 15lb dbs to 22.5

chest -
flat bb press
135 - 8, 145 - 8, 150 - 8.
incline db presses 50s for 2 sets, then SS with flat straight bb presses
(the bb bar for bicep curls, keep hand in the middle rep up, helps balance
funny doing it, with one hand, this is not both handed btw) 2 sets 50
all reps 6-9

biceps-
db preachers 22.5lbs 6+reps per arm 1 set each
bb preachers 45lbs wide grip and close grip 8+reps
reverse bb curls 60lbs 6 reps, then 70lbs 6 reps
standing db hammer curls 40lbs 10-12
then db hammers to inside chest style 35lbs 10-12
--left hand bicep strengthening (left bi is weak)
on multiple machines..

some abs, shoulder work
