Tkd - thanks man, going to up bb presses a different way...and switch every other chest workout this way. (incline, decline, flat, flat incline,decline, etc mix and match style)
Samoan-Z - thanks bro, left bicep is weak as hell though, i still believe it has to do with my winged scapula on that arm.. when doing db hammer curls, it goes upwards making it to do a full Rep...
I'd sugest seeing a physcial therapist or Chriopractor... hell if you can't cause of money constraints sit in a hot tub with epson salt, and massage the weak and sore areas.

today i re did the bb reverse curls but did SS with 60lbs 2 sets of regular and 2 sets of reverse, going to try this next time 2 sets each 70lbs (reverse then reg)
did one handed tricep pushdowns 3 different styles
first style pal over bar,
second style twisting motion (in a way)
third style palm under bar
20lbs to 30lbs
(5lb increments till 30lbs for palm under bar)
seated one handed tricep machine dips/presses
110lbs 6-8 then different grip style same (might have started lower)
shoulders did seated side raises on machine 70lbs one handed each 6+ reps
then both hands 50lbs 6+reps Pause at top for 2-4seconds and negative on way down
did 2 sets
shoulders continued seated shoulder presses on machine (because my left arm hurts machine is easier) 50lbs one handed 6+reps, 60lbs one handed 6+reps
then both hands together 110lbs 6+reps 120lbs same
legs
squats -
145,155,165 5-8reps
one legged leg press on sled machine
up to 200+lbs more than 200lbs but forgot exactly
6+reps 2 sets (first set was lighter 170)
leg extensions
up to 130lbs 6-8reps 2 sets
calf seated presses
one legged up to 100+lbs (forgot exact weight) 12-18reps
did 2 sets like that
then both legs 230+ easy 10-20..
ham curls with seated one legged ham curl
up to 100lbs per leg 8 reps each leg 2 sets (first set was 50-60lbs..)
i'll add more if i left something out, i left for the gym around 4am. :S

man your session is a mess, i mean the way you wrote it , but good job on squats and arms work , btw great mostmuscular shot and them legs are looking great too
