I also did on that day

calf presses on leg press machine/sled

6 platers per side 8-10reps
then added a 25lb plate per side 6reps
600lb calf presses :D

good shit bro.. heavy ass calf presses.. never went that heavy on calves.. i feel like doin more reps with lighter weight and more contraction brings up more :) but i guess its working pretty good for u big boi

last nite

db rotator cuff warmups

db flat flies -
35lbs 8+reps -- 45lbs 6+reps

seated machine presses -
warmup 50-55lbs per hand one handed presses 6-12
then working sets 3 more sets up to 130-150lbs 8reps for last set

incline chest presses -
one handed warm ups 55lbs per hand 8-10reps
then maxed at 150lbs for 8-12reps
(100,130 then 150)

cable crossovers (regular style)
30lbs 8+ 40lbs 8+ 50lbs 5-8 (good squeeze)

biceps -

db curls 30lbs excellent form, 10-12
then SS that with db seated zottmancurls
same amount of reps,
db concentration curls 25lbs 2sets each for 8+reps (need to use heavier weight..)
seated machine curls kinda like preacher curls but hands go over your head
when performing them, 35lbs 12reps ,50lbs 8+reps, 80lbs 6+reps (all one handed)

triceps -
tricep pressdowns between 35-40lbs 6-8reps *underhand grip*
then SS with 40-48lbs *overhand grip* 8+reps
db kick backs 17.5lbs 6-8reps, 20lbs 6-8reps, good pump

back -

some pullups with close grip 5 reps
cable rows up to 150lbs+ 6-10reps (2-3 sets)
seated lat row machine one handed
up to 80lbs per side 6-8reps per arm (2 sets, started at 60)
shrugs with a deadlift machine 90lbs per side, 2 sets 6-12

that was it.

Similar story my neighbor shot my dog back about 4 years ago, not shitting you or trying to be funny cause i was depressed for about a month straight so I know how you feel to lose a loved member of the household.

Great chest work.

Today

some legs, not much bout that 175-180leg extensions

i'll say this, did some left arm weak point strengthening on some bicep curl machine
up to 65lbs 6+reps, then right arm work on freemotion curl, for peak up to 50lbs 6+reps
also, note alot of people there, again stupid people, stupid people who say and do stupid things.
