Rest of work out

Seated tricep machine dips
up to 270lbs (whole stack 6-8reps)
one handed tricep cable pressdowns up to 35lbs 6-8reps 2-3sets

seated shoulder machine presses
one handed for warm up, then both hands up to 135 i believe..
3 sets total..

leg press calf presses, 6plates per side, with 35lbs, then more weight
up to 650lbs 6 reps. then tried to do leg press with that weight (different leg sled, someone was using the magnet floaty one) whole thing fell on me, made me laugh, "holy shit calfs are stronger than my quadsz lulz" then took off 120lb of weight then went on did 2 set 6+ with that leg press sled, need to use it more often, feel more work than the fancy one.

one legged leg extensions
up to 95lbs per leg, 6-10reps multiple sets

did other calf work too, stretching,
