thanks everyone ill repping those i havent repped yet
i might go back today i dunno
some reason i dont feel as fatigued while on hemobolin
but am noticing slight hairloss, and more anger. but thats normal.....

did cardio before work for 23mins

then after work

did some chest, shoulders, abs

chest -
chest presses on some machine where you set each side for how many plates/weight
started at 50, (did 3-4sets?) got to 80 per side, 6+reps (from 10 resp down to 6)
then did a incline chest press up to 150+ lbs not as heavy as last time but i stick my chest out for
contraction cant go as high for some reason yet. 6+reps (3-4sets)
flat db flies 35,40,50lbs 6+ reps each
stretching

shoulders -
side shoulder raises one handed on machine
from 80lbs to 110lbs 5-8reps
seated shoulder machine raises up to 140+lbs 5-8reps
(3-4 sets each)

abs -
ab crunches on machine 110-120lbs 10+reps
then oblique twists on machine forgot weight but over 100
8reps each side.

one legged calf presses on some cybex machine
up to 140lbs 8+reps 3 sets

D - yea its going good, just trying to keep my appetite up and eat lots of food, veins on my arms, and legs are getting thick and long lol... (no gay). hair loss is alright, not very noticeable

Sam - yea man, I need more work on shoulders, im gonna try my best to bring em up. :) thanks

did 12mins cardio and abs after a 11 hour shift at work.

earlier..


rotator cuff work

bicep work with tricep work
varied,..

did ss's with tricep bar thing
standing bar curls with it, then over head extensions standing, 3-4sets 8+reps
65-70lbs
standing machine cable curls up to 32.5lbs or so 6-8reps (2-3sets) standing rope overhead extensions 30-50lbs forgot heh, 8+reps 2+sets

shoulders --
Seated machine shoulder press 100lbs per side (per arm) 6reps
went from 30lbs to 100lbs 4-5sets

back --
rack deads up to 275lbs 5reps (4 sets, with 35-50lb increments)
standing bb shrugs 2 sets one behind neck and one in front 145lbs 6-8reps
standing db shrugs 2 sets 80lbs 8-10reps
bb rows 135lbs 5+ reps , 140lbs 5+ reps more sets maybe..

some abs --
