Chest

flat bb press
up to 185lbs 4-6reps (did 4 sets quick before the crowd came)
some more chest mostly for blood pump.
db flyes 60lbs 2 sets 4

some back..
read delt machine thing, one handed each set
up to 135lbs 6-8reps
one handed cable rows with handle bar
up to 155lbs 6 reps *heavy shit, tho is a machine*

some abs,

Nice one bud, funny isn't it, you can set your watch to the gym's crowd of 2 hour treadmillers, everyday benchers and the same 10 guys whom randomly work on all the machines.

did close grip bench press 135lbs 3 sets 10,10,8
triceps one handers cable, 15 reps 3 sets 20lbs for pump
one handed plated tricep dip machine 45per side then 55, 8-10 reps

did right leg workout ,leg extension right leg only up to 75lbs 6+ reps
right leg leg press on machine up to 140lbs 10 reps

did 3 sets of 5 pullups at end of full body workout
pretty decent

today

i will just post my PBs

Db curls 1 rep per arm *lul* 60lbs
usually do 35lbs but will now go all out since last week of cycle

calf presses 16plates 720lbs plus sled dunno 50lbs (have to use bigger bulkier leg press sled, the other one is STILL BROKEN,..)

hack squat, up to 5 plates per side i think or was 6,
first set was 3 plates per side, then 4, then 5 and on. 8-10reps all.

one legged leg push press think, like football players use. sit down like your in a sports car, and push, one or both legs. up to 170-180lbs 8Reps+
(for my right leg only)

pull ups 3 sets 6-7

low cable crossovers, (where the bars are from the floor, for lower chest,) up to 50lbs 8 reps
good pump.

no my left leg is more dominate and also bigger
need work on right leg.

its alot more effect and also harsher on the liver.

Nice one bud, i've never had the leg imbalance but i've seen people with it bad, like one would be cut and swollen the other looked like a geek thigh and they be in denial about it lol.

lol yea ive seen some guys like that,
only thing i dislike bout my right is the outer quad and not as veiny as left quad, inner quad and tear drop is okay.

today

all upper body

shoulders -
shoulder side raises with 2 machines 1-2 sets per machine up 70-90lbs 8-12reps
seated shoulder machine presses up to 160lbs 6-8reps

abs -
standing ab rope crunch 3 sets weight 80 8-12 reps
side oblique twists on machine 110lbs 8 reps per side

triceps -
seated one handed tricep dip on plated machine
90lbs per side 8reps 1 sets
db kickbacks 20lbs 5reps normal then 5 reps twisting motion
tricep pressdowns 1 set 80lbs 6 reps
then rope overhead extensions from floor, (hard to do for me, rope is on floor right behind my feet, have to grab it, and pull over head like doing db overheads like Jay, Ron do etc) but works wonderss
forgot the weight i had it on but got 8 good reps, and a good jelly like pump

biceps -
left arm only db bicep curls (in my own way)
30lbs first rep db hammer curl style, then next two regular, then next two hammer curl style
then next one rep regular etc etc, patterned, got 10reps out
bb straight curls 50lbs close grip 8-10reps, then EZ bb curls 65lbs same
then seated machine preacher curls 65lbs per arm, 8-10reps, then 80lbs per arm 6-8reps
then left arm strengthening, sit down and hold 55lbs with handle on bicep curl machine 15seconds, then 60lbs for 15 seconds.

back -
back extensions on machine up to 210lbs 6reps (3 sets)
machine cable rows up to 170lbs 8-12reps (3 sets)
seated lat pulldowns first set normal width with bar, 140lbs 8-10reps
then with v-bar 170lbs 6-8reps
(3 sets)

chest -
bb flat press 145lbs 8reps, 155 6-8, 175 , 5+ (need to do more often)
decline machine press 50 then 55lbs per side, 6+reps
incline machine press 60lbs 5-6 reps (2 sets)
db flyes first set flat bench second incline last set flat
30,35,40, 10reps each
