8-12reps focused on abdominal contraction.
some crunches with plates no plate 10reps with 10lbs plate 8-10, 25lbs plate 5
standing oblique freemotion twists 50lbs 1-2 sets 8-10
kneeing oblique twists with machine , 100+lbs 8-10reps 2 sets
