cardio today

31mins 175-180cals

abs, bunch of abs,
oblique twists with 12lb bar 2 sets 25
standing and kneeling ab rope crunches 2 sets each up to 43lbs on some weird cable pulley felt like 110lbs
8-12reps focused on abdominal contraction.
some crunches with plates no plate 10reps with 10lbs plate 8-10, 25lbs plate 5
standing oblique freemotion twists 50lbs 1-2 sets 8-10
kneeing oblique twists with machine , 100+lbs 8-10reps 2 sets

thanks guys , im trying to change my fashion when it comes to clothes and workout clothes, usually wear shit like a hobo,. meh

i always gotta wear longsleves if i want to go real heavy.. if i can't sweat, i can't workout heavy.. dunno why but thats just how it is :keke:

16 plates with 35s a side for calf presses 6 reps 720-750lbs

one legged leg extensions up to 115lbs 6 reps

well i'll post the rest when i want too lulz.
