Biceps, legs


biceps

EZ bb curls 2 sets 55lbs and 65lbs
8-12reps
then Straight bar 2 sets 70lbs and 80lbs
8-10+reps

seated db hammer curls ronnie style
30lbs 14+reps
35lbs 12+
40lbs 12reps


legs -
squats
135lbs 8+reps
185 6+
(note: never squat with jeans on , i mean Levi denim jeans, big MISTAKE)

leg press 680ish lbs 6 reps
did 3 sets, one set toes staight
2nd set tows outwards
last set (set that was 680) toes inwards

then some calf presses on it
3, 45lbs per side
one legged calf presses with that weight 8 reps per leg

then seated calf presses
115lbs 10+reps

lying hamstring curls
110lbs 8reps

seated hamstring curls
110-115lbs 8+reps

Lion - yea i did 2 sets 135 was okay, then i added 50lbs meh
i'll slowly increase it by 10s. just to be safe

Rocky - they were baggy on me.. lol 34x34 size and i fit a size 30 now, i had that black sleevless underarmour shirt on and my jeans kept falling, people could see my Family Guy boxers hahaha
thanks too man, that leg press machine isn't normal
its like hydraulic or something, you push it with your legs
and the pad thing moves up and while doing so it kinda goes downwards or something. and you load the plates on it like 10-14inches below where the foot pad is. feels weird.

chest -

Flat db presses
75 forgot how many
80 8 reps
85 7 reps
90 4 reps

flat db flyes
2 sets
30 10-14reps
40lbs 10-12reps

low cable crossovers
2 sets 30lbs then 40 or 50lbs per side
every other stack the stickers missing..
10-12reps each

seated machine rear rows
3 sets up to 130lbs (this makes up for reverse pec deck due to my Shat joints) up to 8reps

biceps db cc curls for the road
40lbs 2 sets 6-8
heavy for once on those

before all of this i did warmup cardio 5mins and db rotator cuff warmups

after the work out i played basketball by myself (gym was empty)
for 10mins
it was 3somin AM when i got out heh

also forgot to mention

did tricep dips on that machine again
190lbs for 15reps
then whole stack (270lbs) 4 reps
cant get more than 4.. cus from third rep on i keep getting lifted into the air,... they NEED a belt for that
since 270lb dips is like 90-95lbs more than i weigh.

great work man, keep it going.. if you looking for a nice belt, get the setwear fitness boa belt, i used a lot of different belts (from friends) and since i bought the boa belt, i feel like its the best belt out there by far (for my use)

Thanks Miami - but i was talking about a belt thats attached to the dip machine, so i dont fly up in the air lol, i would like a new belt tho.. heh

also did some shoulders that day
didnt put them in there
cable upright rights with slight bent bar attachment
40lbs then 60lbs 8-12reps
then same bar, front raises, facing away from stack
50lbs 2 sets 8-10
