Note - Db presses give me a better pump, also much easier on my joints. oddly enough, going to stay steady with them.
cable xs and low cable x for lower chest
up to 30-35lbs per side, 8-18reps 2 sets
seated decline machine 60 per side for 3-5
then 40 per side 8+ 2 sets
flat bb press 135lbs 2 sets up to 9-11reps?
wide wide grip for one set, then normal wide grip for last
legs
leg press on weird leg press machine
4. 45s per side 12-15reps?...2 sets
then hack squats for one set
90lbs 20+reps good depth
seated calf presses on two different plated machines
up to 115lbs 8-14 reps
triceps
tricep seated machine drips
up to 190lbs (whole stack is 200 i believe)
8-9reps good n heavy
biceps
bb curls up to 80lbs 4-5+Reps
did 2 or 3 sets i think from 55lbs..
back
seated low cable pulley up to 90 ? lbs 8+reps
Super setted with T-bar rows up to 90lbs 3reps
abs
standing ab crunch thing. up to 60-80lbs?
8-10 reps
then seated ab crunches up to 100lbs 8+reps
then kneeling machine oblique twists
130lbs 2 sets each side 8reps each set
varied, but i will put in what i did with the DB presses
got to 80lbs for like 3 reps, my bro kept trying to make me laugh
i could've gone for 2 or so more. but i dropped the Dbs laughing...
back varied, tried the machine lat pull down
first set normal wide grip 100lbs
then a triple ss set, super wide, wide, and close grip underhand
115lb 5 reps each
legs leg press machine again this time just blasting quads
180lbs per side 14+ reps.
then some weird leg press where you lay down and kick
for each leg.150per side 10 per leg.
You don't need a comedian as a spotter, they're bastards. But they're not as bad as those guys who insist on nearly straddling your face when you're doing bench. I hate those guys even more.
