thanks for the info Miami heh

tonight before work i did

legs, shoulders


legs--
leg extensions up to 270lbs 4+reps, (started at 8-10reps first set 150-160lbs)
right leg weak point strengthening on leg press machine up to 220lbs 4+reps
calf presses on leg press sled, up to 9plates per side, (cant fit more than 9 per side) 4-6reps., first set was 6plates then added a plate each set.
leg presses up to 9 plates per side 4+reps, this leg press sled is the older one, not that floating one i used to use, some reason this old one makes weight feel heavier which is good.
one legged hamstring curls, up to 110lbs per leg, 6+ reps 2 sets

shoulders--
seated machine shoulder presses 3-4sets.. up to 170-180lbs 3+reps at last set started from 10
seated one armed machine side raises facing away up to 110lbs 6 reps 2 sets
standing db front raises 30lbs 35lbs 45lbs 4-10reps
seated rear delt row machine, up to 130-135lbs 8+reps

Hypo why aren't you squatting? If you want those legs big then ass to floor buddy!

Also, why so many machines? If you started lifting barbell plates and eating T-bone steaks :)spy:) I think you'd fill out nicely in no time because as others have said, you've got a great lean base to work from.

Yea dude you gotta eat big im talking 2 x 3 lbs. steaks 4 baked potatoes, 12 stalks of broccoli, 3 cups of rice and 2 protein shakes and that's meal 1.

But okay, but awesome sessions bro.

Chesti - i will do that my next workout session for legs, i should, i used to up the weights on squats pretty fast, i guess it will just take me a little longer to make squats a habitual thing etc

Sam - yea man, im trying to eat more and more, i had a bowl of oats with chocolate syrup, then a double 1/3lb cheeseburger, and order of buffalo wings with ranch, then came home ate a giant PBJ sandwhich

thanks guys

went to the gym last nite before my 9 hour shift

did arms, back,

arms--

biceps,
standing db alt curls 30lbs 8-14reps
standing db hammer curls to chest 35lbs same above
standing hammer curls straight out 40lbs same
bb curls 2-3sets up to 70lbs for reverse curls 4-10reps
machine rope curls etc for more pump

triceps -
tricep alt kick backs 2 sets 20, 22.5 , 6-10reps each set
tricep pushdowns up to 80-100lbs 4-8+Reps

back --
seated one handed plate rows
up to 5 plates per side per arm 4-5reps 2 sets

lat pulldowns close reverse grip
up to 120-125lbs 4-10reps behind neck
2-4sets

seated rear delt machine rows
up to 120-130lbs 2sets 6-14

LOL you got no clue man, after 2 hours into my shift
i was in the detergent aisle breaking down the pallet
grabbed two cases, wow... arms felt like shit,...
then break came, thank god. ate like a hoss. lol

Tonite
did Chest,abs, back, arms a little

Chest --
low cable crossovers up to 40lbs per side 8-13reps 2 sets
Db flat presses 80 for 5, 90, for i forgot how many, then 100lbs for 1 rep Woohoo finally..
machine incline presses 3-4sets up to 220lbs 2-3reps for 220

back --
seated plate row, 2 sets last set 6 plates per side per arm equaling 270lbs for one arm rows
2 reps each hand. 2sets.
machine row one handed (this was before the above work) one handed for half reps forgot weight
then upped to 110lbs 12+reps good full ROM
standing bb shrugs in squat rack up to 275lbs 4 reps

biceps--
standing cable curls multiple styles, facing away, facing stack, and doing preacher curls on my knees bending down up to 115lbs 6-12reps 3-5sets?
cable rope curls up to 80lbs or so, 2 sets 8-12

triceps-
tricep cross extensions 40lbs 6+Reps per arm 1-2sets(triceps are bigger than biceps, working less on them)

abs--
standing and kneeling ab rope crunches up to 115lbs 8-15reps 3sets
machine seated crunches 2 sets up to 75lbs 8-12reps
oblique twists 110lbs 8 reps 2 sets

pull ups--
4-5reps

Sure will man, just gotta keep eating and eating,
lol. had a bag of Jack links buffalo beefits thingies
sub, and 25gram scoop of whey

also during my workout
i mixed 2 1/2 or so scoops of Purple wraath with 8+grams of taurine and some d-ribose powder.

NOTE: on those 6 plate rows i added a 10 on the end cap couldnt fit anything heavier, would fall off
280lbs i guess 2 sets 2.. not bad, good power workout.
