i will try to get some better looking pics next time around,
also going to try and keep all or if not most of my lifts heavy or heavier than usuall
been going out doing low to medium weight for too long, i know i can go heavy, just
gotta break out from my habitual tendencies

Legs, abs

Legs--
warm up with leg extensions not alot of weight or anything just to get knees ready

calf press on leg press sled -
up to 2-3sets up to 9 plates per side
6-10reps

Squats -
4 sets up to 225lbs 4-6reps

stiff leg deads -
up to 225-235bs 5-9reps 3-4sets

leg extensions -
3-4 sets maxed at 295lbs for 3reps

abs --

standing rope crunches 40-45lbs with single pulley system 10reps
kneeling 58-60lbs same, 2 sets each
oblique twists with 12 lb bar 2 sets 20-25
ab crunches on machine up to 125lbs 4-8reps 2-3sets
standing handle rope crunches (one handed for obliques) up to 60lbs
2 set 6-12
oblique twists with machine up to 110-115lbs 6-10reps 2 sets

Chest, biceps,some shoulder, back

bicep strengthening on techno gym seated curls
padding for elbow, isometric hold for both arms
up to 70-75lbs 15-35seconds.

not in order __

chest --

Machine incline chest press 4 sets up to 220lbs 3 reps
flat db flyes 40lbs 8-12reps, 45lbs same, 55lbs 6-8

biceps --
db curls hammer to chest style 35lbs 6-8reps
db zottman curls 35lbs 6-8reps
straight bb reverse curls 60lbs 8+ reps, 70lbs 2 sets 2-3 (lost grip on first set, re-tried)
Freemotion cable rope type curls... 45lbs standing facing stack 6-10reps , 50lbs same but facing away
some seated bicep machine preacher curl, 21 style, 50lbs, 65lbs 6-8reps each

back --
seated plate row again, same as last time ,6plates per side plus 10lb per side max, 2 reps each (going to put a 25lb on the end next time try to get one) 3 sets ,started with 3plates per side 6-10reps

behind neck lat pull down with short bar, up to 130lbs 2-3 reps ,good pump for upper back (3 sets)

shoulders --
seated machine facing away stack raises 110lbs 6-8reps per arm , 1 set each

Frank - Sorry man, i guess im so used to using lots of words and less numbers, come next session i'll keep the words low, and numbers up !

S-Z - Thanks man, it wasnt much weight, didnt have alot of energy, even with 2 and half scoops of supercharge which is weird,. 2 scoops of that stuff has 300mgs of caffeine, yet it didnt do much, probably need to fix my sleeping pattern to, i wanted to go to 60lb db curls again.

i weigh under 180..
trying to get big, but money is tight, sometimes i got lots of money to spend
but 2 weeks til the end of each month shit hits the fan, car payment, some bills, gym payment etc.
my weight fluctuates like nothing else.. it sucks., seems like it wants to be like my big bro, eat and eat but never gain..
so in the mean time im going to try to get bigger, eat more etc, but also try to do heavy weight at a low body weight, i wanna be really strong for under 180, 173-174lbs now.

Hypo, im always here the logz are my territory the admins think it's their's but it's really mine. I will always be here to comment bro keep it up.

The weight flucuation may be your body balancing it's self out, also try to seeing if you are regular take some metamusil it works wondering in body weight management... stay regular that is.

shit man that sucks, but dont worry man youll get back into the groove. and you are pretty fucking strong for being under 180 bro.

Chest, abs,back, arms

some rotator cuff work

not in order

chest--
machine incline presses
4 sets up to 230lbs 2-3reps (first 3 sets 6-10reps)

low cable crossovers for lower chest
up to 50lbs per side, 8+reps 3-4sets

one handed machine decline presses 3 sets up to 65lbs per arm 6-10reps

back --
standing cable rope shrugs facing stack up to 80-90lbs full rom, contractions
(felt traps and def my back working with this, not alot of weight, but flexing thru each rep helps)
3-4sets

one handed plated rows -
up to 295lbs per arm, 2reps (either 295, or 300) 6 plates each side with a 25lb plate on end cap,
3 - 4sets

seated one handed machine high rows
up to 90lbs per arm 6-10reps 3 sets

abs-

ab crunches on machine 70-80lbs 8-12 reps
ab crunches on other machine with legs involved same weight same reps

arms --

biceps -
freemotion rope cable machine curls standing up 50lbs 8-10reps
60lbs facing away from machine same amount of reps

seated machine preacher curls, 3-sets 30,40,50lbs one handed each 6-10reps

reverse bb curls with olympic bar,
65lbs 4-8reps, 75lbs 4+reps

triceps --

one handed tricep pushdowns facing stack,
30lbs 6-10reps 1 set

2 sets one handed, and 2 sets both handed tricep pushdowns
50, then 70-80, forgot, then both hands up to 200-205lbs 8+reps each
