Huge session man! lots of good heavy work! Now go eat some steak and rice :)

all i got is teriyaki beef jerky, but i ate a whole bag of mixed steamed veggies, and drinking big thing of purple wrath, gonna get some oats after this

this morning

biceps,triceps,legs,shoulders

rotator cuff warmups

right leg leg extensions 70lbs,90lbs 8-10reps

biceps --
standing straight bar cable curls facing away and facing stack
60lbs 70lbs-80lbs? 8-10reps
then using bent bar facing stack with wide grip, forgot weight 8-10reps
then facing away preacher style with elbows on my knees (works wonders!!)
same weight as above 80+lbs 8+reps

standing straight bb curls -
65lbs 8+reps, 75lbs 6-8reps all negatives too each rep.

triceps --

seated tricep machine extensions one handed
from 40lbs to 70lbs (70lbs with 4 reps) 3 sets

one handed standing tricep pushdowns 40lbs 6+reps drop set to 30lbs 8+reps good pump

legs --
Stiff leg deads, up to 245lbs 2 reps (no gloves on,no straps, no belt..)

calf presses (warmup one legged with machine not alot of weight)

calf presses with leg press sled up to 9plates per side 8-10reps (3 - 4 sets)

leg presses on same sled up to 9plates per side as well, 2+reps (4-5 sets)

shoulders --

seated machine shoulder presses up to the whole stack = 200lbs 2 reps (3-4sets)

seated high row machine for back
3 sets up to 105lbs 6-8reps

one handed cable shrugs (using metal handle for cable crossovers)
60-70lbs 6-8 reps 1 set
standing cable shrugs (Same rope you use with ab crunches/tricep extensions etc)
2 sets up to 120lbs

standing cable upright rows using bent bar
up to 60-70lbs 6-8reps 2-3sets

standing side cable raises for shoulders
40lbs 3-4reps, then 30lbs 4+ reps

seated machine curls, one handed 2-3sets
up to 70lbs 4-6reps

incline db curls 35lbs couple of reps, i havent done these before.
standing db zottman curls with knuckles facing outwards, 40lbs 8-10+
standing bb curls (olympic bar) 3-4sets up to 85lbs 4+ reps (semi-narrow grip)

standing bb Olympic barbell tricep extensions up to 65lbs 6-8reps 3 - 4 sets

incline machine chest presses 3+ sets up to the whole stack for 2 reps 230+ lbs?
db flyes semi-incline 40,50,60lbs 8,6,4-5

standing and kneeling ab rope crunches
52.5+ lb one pulley machine
8+ reps 2 sets each

today took a piece of paper, pencil
wrote what i did, going to keep it and slowly increase the weights, will
do the same thing i wrote down (exercises etc) and increase weight

here

one warmup set (sometimes two) before each working set
wont put down how much WU is, doesnt matter.

back--

one handed rows on plated machine -
8 reps 4 plates per side per arm.

Db shrugs seated -
85lbs 8reps

BB rows using smith (for now) 140lbs 8 reps (2 45s, and 2 25s)

biceps --
Machine seated curls techno gym (preacher style)
(did 3 or so sets, but last one= 70lbs 6 for right arm 4-5 (assist for weak ass left)...

bb curls olympic 75, 8-10 slow up slow down (all neg)

db curls -
30 10+ (weak yes, will have to do this first rather than last)

triceps--
was suppose to do one handed pushdowns but some preppy jock fucks were using the handle attachments so did it with both hands
up to 80lbs slow reps 4-8+ best tricep pump ever, feels as good as bicep peak/pump

seated machine tricep/chest dip, one handed, 105lbs 8+reps each hand

Chest --
incline chest presses machine -
215lbs 4+ reps

db flat flyes -
60 4-5

was suppose to use cable thing for low cable flyes someone was using it..
pec deck one handed 120lbs 8-10reps (per arm)

shoulders --
seated machine shoulder presses slow reps 140 4+
one handed side raises machine 110lbs 8+
seated rear delt row machine 125 8+
