last workout highlights (just what i can remember)
BB flat press 190s 3-4reps going up by 5lbs
db flat flies 70lbs 3-4reps
they have been making me bust my ass off at work more and more
since one stocker quit, and present stock controller isn't showing up for work
getting out late, and being extremely fatigued for me, hard to get a good workout in
lol im serious, when im working out, sweaty etc, hand shakes, then my hand writing looks like someone attached a pencil to a chickens leg, and ... ya.. :S
also i need some help with legs
im going to do squats, and some deads
but besides squats what else is good?
and in what order should i do these?
i usually do squats first, then deads, hams calves...
is there any difference in order?
