GMs, box squats...

You looking for big legs or bigger squat and dead numbers?

When I do GMs I feel most of the work coming from my glutes and hams. Definitely give boxies a try. I'm loving them. Also, as far as leg growth is concerned, squats, squats and more squats is what I recommend.

GM's are mostly going to be for glutes and hams if you are doing them right. Personally, I dont like them near as much as SLDL or GHR

Did alot but here are the highlights of work out.

SLDLs 225 7, 225,5, 300 1rp (PB)
BB rows 135, 6+ 145, 5+ 155? or 165. 4-6
reverse bb curls up to 95lbs 3-4reps
free motion curls cable type up to 70lbs one handed 3reps per arm

thanks miami, im gonna do my one rep maxs like this 300, (already done) 315 (last nite) next time 330, then 360-365 etc increments of 15 or 20lbs

got 120lb db rows for 3 a side, not bad, thought i'd give db rows a go for once.
