ab rope standing crunches 90/100 110 8-10 reps each
seated calf press 90,140 8-10 each (dont need much of this calfs already big)
standing one legged ham curls (40wu) 60,80 (1 or so fail) then 70lbs 8,then for 70 3-5
db rows 90 8+, 110 5+ 130 4 per arm
one handed flat db press (chest) 55, 8+ 65, 6, 70,4+
one handed flat plated machine press 45, dunno, up to 85 for 3-6,
db hammer curls slow style (neg and slow up ) 35, 8-10, 40, same , 45,6-8, 50, 6+
db zottman curls 30lbs 8+, 35,8+ 40, 6+
seated reverse bb curls (like in those pics in MD,flex etc) 60lbs 4-8reps, 80lbs no go, had to do standing up, 3-6reps with powerlifting style grip (right palm out, left down, Same as powerlifting deads) 3+ as well.
flat one handed db extensions triceps 35, 10,40,45 8-10
I might have done 50lbs but dunno, also this is one handed same as skull crunches but dbs,
standing pressdowns, up to 130lbs 6-8reps.
Ragg - thanks man!, yea they are tough to do, and help with balance stability etc, im hoping to at least make it back to 95s like i did before, but this time increase by only 5lbs, since its all one handed.
natzo - ya they do, but some guy was behind me on other side of pulldown, so i had to be a little bit closer to stack , almost hit my head on the bar lol. thanks man,
Miami - thanks man, i should try to do a little more to be honest, biceps dont get as full as they used to
DB rows 140lbs 3-5reps per arm (didnt wanna go to 150 yet)
Seated machine row stack, up to i believe 200+lbs or so? 4-8reps
seated decline plate hammer press up to 105lbs per side 4-8reps
some DB flies up to 55lbs for like 4-5, will only do these when i feel like it, stretch is getting to much for my left arm
standing db hammer curls up to 45lbs 8+reps slow up slow down, and last 2 reps are used both hands, (not alt curls like the other 6 reps) 3 sets.
then some zottman with palm out curls alt, good combo 30lbs then 35lbs all slow/negs etc. 8+reps
one handed db laying tricep extensions up to 45lbs 5+reps ( i use my other arm to spot etc, left spots right, right spots left)
standing tricep pushdowns, first 2 v bar type, last 3 straight bar, ended with 130lbs 5+reps
leg extensions up to 220lbs 6reps
standing rope crunches 100,110,120 8-10
seated stack machine chest press up to 160lbs for end session pump 3+reps, started with i think 80 or 100, (i do this for chest cus it helps, especially if its the last exercise, and the machine is right next to the front door, heh,)
^ thanks Adam!, have to use straps passed 120lbs tho, Dbs max at 150 heh, im trying to keep the weight increments going up and not down. sometimes tho.. dropsets are worth it.
