first my PBs

flat one handed db press
95lbs 2 reps per hand

dunno if i can call this a PB here but i also did..
one handed seated db hammer curls heath style 6 reps with 45,and 50lbs,

rest of workout

plated machine incline presses
up to 95lbs per side/arm 6-10reps (4 sets+)
and plated machine decline bout the same more reps tho

standing cable curls with ezbar
50lbs WU, wide grip style dunno reps 8+?
70bls close grip 6-8reps
90lbs straight bar reverse grip bout same 6+
110lbs regular grip semi wide same as above
(all negatives)

one handed tricep pressdowns
up to 70lbs 4-8reps per arm

some ab rope crunches standing and kneeling up to 140-150lbs

seated machine pec deck, (not the ones with handles, but pads..) 6 sets up to 80? lbs the stacks only show the first number of the weight so either 80 or 85.. last 2-3 sets were 80-85lb from 4 reps down to 1 good rep for burn

To PV - thanks man, it would be nice to have a spotter for once haha, i bet i could do 120s for flat if i did... and more.

Miami - yea im going to keep at it for the one handed flat db presses, its not that hard actually, just have to the part of your body that holds the db closer to the center of the bench so you dont tip over,lol.

one handed flat db presses up to 100lbs per hand, 3 reps each hand.

one handed tricep presdowns/pushdowns up to 80lbs 2+ reps per hand.

and some back workout stuff, had to leave early,

Ya bro!,much bigger, when my bro used to spot me at the old gym.
i was able to increase the db flat presses by 10lbs each other session, and pull out more reps. this time around with a better diet, and a spotter i could do even more :)

Today


one handed db flat presses -
start 90, 8,. 95, 4-5?,. then 105lbs for 3 per arm

db heath hammer curls from 50lbs to 60lbs (60lbs was 4 reps per arm)

straight bar reverse cable curls
up to i believe 100lbs 4+ reps (forearms pumped!) 3+sets
from 70, too 100lbs

tricep pressdowns both hands, with harder one cable pulley system, up to 80lbs ( feels like 150+..woooah) 4+ reps (3 + sets)
and was close grip last two sets

some standing ab rope crunches with same pulley system

fast set/rep seated machine side laterals, forgot how many sets,
all one handed, up to 70+lbs 4-5reps

some cardio for about 15mins 140+ cals burned..

standing calf press

highlights (not going over all sets reps etc, got work soon im tired.)

leg press to 6 plates per side 5+ ? reps
leg extensions 200+ ? 6reps
ham curls one legged 70lbs 6 reps, both legs up to 100 something wasnt looking at stack , was i na hurry

standing calf presses, up to 400something lbs 6reps

gym day

ended up with 3 reps per arm with 105lb db flat presses (one handed again)

some db flyes 60lbs 2 sets 6+ (from 40lbs up)

seated hammer chest incline press drop setted to 45plate per side
started with one 45,25,and 10. tried to make sure the bar(s) didnt touch the metal (aka, cheat,) i try to keep it at least one inch away from hitting it.. 6-10+reps good flex mode with each rep,
(no rest sets)

one arm db rows
105lbs 6 reps, 110 6reps, deep reps, pause at bottom then up..
seated plated one arm rows, 90lbs per arm 6 reps, 2 sets, then added 25plate to each side 4-6reps

db hammer curls up to 50lbs 6-8reps per arm
reverse cable curls up to 80lbs slow,neg reps 6-8
then regular grip (wide) same weight i think 6-10reps
then 40lbs with very close grip reg and reverse 4+ reps (mostly for bicep pump, i was waiting for biceps to be pumped as much as possible)

standing cable upright rows with straight bar up to 80lbs (tea cup mode, if u know what that means) 4-8reps
seated then standing db front raise, up to 45lbs 6 reps (last set was standing)

laying face up one arm db extensions, (like db kickbacks but laying down) up to 40lbs 6 reps for each arm

standing tricep pressdowns up to 150lbs 4-5reps
ab rope crunches

I just want to remind you to make sure you're doing the same amount, if not more, of pulling movements as you are pressing movements. I couldn't quite count it properly in your post but I just wanted to keep it fresh in your mind anyway.
