Wow.. never seen anyone do one handed DB presses! Also some other interesting exercises going on here!

i do that sometimes.. you can concentrate more than with both together.. gives you better rom

Yea, they are pretty darn good man, i feel more work on the bottom abdominals. even when doing them while kneeling still bottom abdominals, but when i do negs on these its like the whole area it's self works. also some douchebag was right behind me doing cable pressdowns, had his ass near mine, i freaked, had the rope so close to the stack on the way up almost knocked myself out.

yea, easier for me to do, don't have lug around plates or move some benches in free weight area, not enough space for that there, speaking of the benches, they are a tad wider than my old gym, on the old benches my shoulder wouldn't lie on the bench (not wide enough) so doing anything one handed or uber-heavy my shoulders would freak. these benches are really wide.

today for pbs i did
one handed flat db press
75lbs 2-4reps per hand

db rows last set 150lbs 2-3+ reps.

forgot to mention

did one handed db tricep extensions (like skullcrushers) up to 50lbs 1-4reps (left hand i think was 1 rep might stay at 45with that, and try more reps)

also pressdowns for triceps up to 140lbs 4reps, got 130last time for for bout 6 or so

not bad, im doing this so i can spot myself with other arm etc.

Didnt have much time to train last night

did abs
chest, arms
some back for to see where i am still

got 90lb one handed flat db press 4-5 reps each hand
150lb tricep pushdowns 6+ reps

^ alright, still part time tho, when i get back to work friday im asking my boss for a raise.
