today did

db hammer curls seated up to 55lbs 3-4reps per arm
db zottman curls up to 40lbs 3+ reps per arm (tough for this weight, also did one extra set with 40s heath style "one arm at a time")
db flyes 55lbs 2 sets 4-6
some chest press machine work
laying face up one handed db kickbacks up to 40lbs 3-5reps per arm
standing cable pressdowns up to 170lbs 4reps
reverse bb cable curls up to 110lbs 5? reps
seated side machine shoulder raise up to 70lbs 6 reps per arm
standing machine calf press up to i believe 450 or 480? 6 reps
might have done more, but i got work..
didnt do quite well
been over stressed cus of work, and had to take 3 hours to
fix my computer, didn't get enough sleep, or enough cals/protein/fat before workout

well you still did pretty good. we can't go hardcore every day, right? we gotta take it easy once or twice too :spy:

did the following

db rows
105-8 reps
110-6 reps
115-3 reps ( this time around better form, less weight)

cable shrugs with straight bar
up to 200lbs (stack) 12 reps 4-6 sets

one armed seated cable rows up too 100lbs 3reps

standing ab rope crunches up to 120+ lbs (3 sets ) 10-14 reps

heres what i did at the gym last time..

FB routine twice a week

Ab rope 3 sets 10, 100lbs
standing calf press 2 sets 6 400, 500lbs
Db hammer curls heath style (not alt) 45, 6. 50, 6. 55,4.
Dips bw 2 sets 6
Db rows 3 sets of 6 110lbs each set
chest press one stack machine 5+ sets from 100 to 160-170? back to 100lbs. 3-10reps
tricep pushdowns on one pulley cable thing 3 sets 4-8 40, 50, 70. I think i tried 80, i forgot ..
squats ATG all the way, 110lbs 4 sets of 8

then Cardio for 12-16mins

well i haven't done squats in ages, least i can't remember last time i did them, and i remember i used to do them parallel barely. no i will only go atg, even if i dont have like 300 + lbs or some crap, as long as i go atg.

Looks good Hypo, Eventhough the squats are"light", ATG is the way to go man, they will improve in no time!

thanks John, im going to try at least 5lb increments to squats per week.

try to do atg mixed with parallel or little above parallel. like lets say you do 8 reps with 135 you do 1 atg next 1 parallel then next one atg again etc. that should give you enough stress on you quads but also increases your strength ratio. give it a try.

still need to write down my last workout

but i did do half my day 1 routine, got work in 15mins ..

did dips 3 sets 8,6,6
did ab rope up to 120 for 10 (3sets)
db hammer curls heath style (one hand 4 reps, then next hand 4 reps, non-alt) 50,50,55,60lbs 6,6,4,4 (6 and 4 reps per arm)
standing calf press 420 6-8, 500lbs 8 i think or 6..
