I'll take the blame for him being light during prejudging. All I can say is that I'll never let it happen again. It's just too bad I won't get any credit for making him look great for the night show.

They wouldn't allow me in the back room, and they wouldn't put pam on Dave in the back room. So, Dave practically had to do it himself and it looks like he doesn't have any on his legs.

You know you've got a fat ass lower back when your tree is visible in your back double bicep.

hey whats up everyone!! just wanted to say thanks for everything the Natural Ohio was an amazing experience and i am unbelievably blessed to have done so well!!! The competition was very impressive in both the juniors and the open (i think around 17 competitors in the juniors and 22 or so in the Open Light-heavies).......i just feel soooo shocked still haha my first big show and I cannot complain!

One thing I wanted to comment on was the night show...........I defiantly was not my best, i was holding a lot of water compared to the prejudging......This is mainly due to the fact that we were there from 7am until 12:00am and we cut water Friday night around 8pm or so......in between shows i just felt so dehydrated and did not chug water or nething but just sipped water becuz of it.......and then while i was downstairs in the pump up room waiting to go on (which was seriously like being in a sauna) i just kept sweating and sweating and therefore i just kept slowly sipping water becuz of how dry my mouth was and how dehydrated i felt.......i'm honestly very disappointed about it but the main thing is that i really came in my best for prejudging which got me my placings!!!!
