Now I absolutely love high test but I get bloat from it and I'm trying a different approach....so far so good my calories are up and body fat is down while muscle bellies (not my actual belly] are full

Bout an hour 15mins maybe a little less.. I really don't b.s. in the gym (for the most part) I just don't have time to.

I love it...i think once it's over,leg day is mine I feel most accomplished on legs day.

U sure have alot more muscle on u.
Looking at u, I figure u can cut at 205 with 6% bf
I come in around 190 at 7% bf

So u got some size in u

I'm thinking same thing maybe just under 200lbs but we will see . I been doing a shit load of research on synergistic effects[which compounds ,aas or not,compliment one another ] to optimize fat loss and muscle growth together we shall see. Right now my biggest problem is sleep and getting enough . If I would get enough I believe I'd be much further along, my diet and training have been great when I try a d drugs well that is the easy part...i just have so many obligations sleep suffers if nothing else at all.

I just posted in big beef thread about role in androgens especially more androgenic ones and lipolysis
I researched all this too.
My problem is eating right and enough of right and sleeping enough as well.

Used to have a more solid routine of it all. Struggling to get back.

We getting bigger home, the space just at home I think will help me with it all.
