All presses were easy. This is the first time i try this shirt, and it is a little hard to say how much different it is from the old Katana. It will be a good tight fit once i am at the 250 lb as i aim to be. I kept the volume down today as i am not conditioned for the heavy lifts yet. My joint were aiching from the overload afterwards
