Thanks Prince :) Benchpress is my favorite, no doubt. Gotta keep teh pump in those chesticles :headbang:

I drink a LOT of milk. Before, during and after the training. I sometimes drink around 4 liters of milk a day. If you want to be a big strong dude, you cant live from salad and club soda. Its all about milks and squats...and maybe a big fat steak :borat:

Freako back off squats are just cooldown squats to kill off remaining strength.

Eclipse i dunno bro don't mean to be a douche but that 660 lbs, on the vid looked about 3 inches from parallel if I were judging I might have red lighted you... just to let ya know.

I agree, its a redlight. Looking at the video, its not down even though the angle can be tricky.

Parallel is a redlight anyways, as one have to break parallel.

I will just put more lb's on, then it will get down im sure :bullwhip:

I would say yes to some degree. This will be my competition suit, and it is tight.

It takes a few workouts to break a suit in, and then it adjust to the bodyshape a little more. Untill then it affects the pressing pattern a little bit, and also it has been a while since i was squatting in equipment.

Al excuses aside, it should be possible to make a nice squat in that suit around 660-680 lb which will be my opener.
