Just out of curiosity, have you had any injuries or niggling problems since you've been powerlifting? I've got a very irritating left shoulder that's been bothering me on and off for a few years that is mainly due to poor form and too much weight when I was younger. If you have had any problems, how have you got past them?

Great work bro but yous rue you wanna go only 385 for an opener?based on your squats i'd go 400 or at most soemwhere in the 500's unless the suit you use for compeition is lesser layer.

Haha sorry...that was a typo.

i meant 685 or (310 kg) for the opener. The suit i will wear is the exact same and it is only one layer. Remember i lift in IPF.
