Yo Z, paused reps are ass to grass, i just sit down in the hole for a second or two. I think pausing it at parallel at a static hold would be even harder :umwtf:

That is just the standard protocol from the westside training template. But you are right. For epic rise in testosterone level i can recommend pornhub.com too :thumbsup2:

Thanks guys, you're awesome.

My preferred ab exercise would be squatting with kneewraps and no belt. That exercise is brutal for the core region. Deadlifting with no belt is a tough one too.

In general one should put that belt away unless going real heavy in the big exercises. Those guys carrying a popeyes belt when doing cable cross have a core like a soft banana split :footmouth:

I try to do supplementary ab work 3-4 times a week, of those i think roman chair is my favorite.

Amen to squatting without a belt, I try to go without as much as possible. I was referring to your choice of supp exercise though. I wish my gym had a roman chair. Honestly I NEED to find a better gym. :shakefist:

Rockhard midtsection is a prerequisite to lifting heavy weights, especially within powerlifting when powerlifting suits and wraps are applied.

Im glad you are not too concerned about the V-taper figure mr Z. That is usually the excuse for many bodybuilding focused athletes. I would say it is only marginal impact anyways on the estetic look.

Skeptic <- Thx for stopping by. I am glad i can inspire a little. PL training is of cause a little different and may appear weird, but i think it can be inspiring as well.
