What are your preferred ab exercises if I may ask?
My preferred ab exercise would be squatting with kneewraps and no belt. That exercise is brutal for the core region. Deadlifting with no belt is a tough one too.
In general one should put that belt away unless going real heavy in the big exercises. Those guys carrying a popeyes belt when doing cable cross have a core like a soft banana split :footmouth:
I try to do supplementary ab work 3-4 times a week, of those i think roman chair is my favorite.
I actually hit the abs 2-3 times a week to work my core, glad to see im not the only PL/BB who does the ab work.
