Nice squats bro, I am concerned about the V-Taper but, that's no excuse not to work your core to some extent.

Massive squats! :bitenails:
How often do you do DE deads?
Thank Freako :)

I have a light deadlift after my ME squats when i do the WSB template. Every second week it is dynamic and every other it is stiffleg deadlifts for more hamstring focus.

They are very light indeed, except for the calf training, and that on purpose. It is pure prehab training. I could double the poundage or so if i wanted to go heavy here, but i want my shoulder to be healthy for the benching, so i back off purposely.

1 banana blast drink + gatorade during the session. Gainershake afterwards.

Ok deadlift session today although i made one of my rare fail lifts today. It is a good reminder though that my grip is fraigle that i have to work very hard to get more improvements to my deadlift.

Round of squat in the pit. Steve and chris both present.

Squat
8 x 45 lb
8 x 135 lb

Centurion Super plus R/S 40''
5 x 236 lb - half
5 x 326 lb - half
3 x 416 lb - half
3 x 506 lb (nose bleed all over the podio)
3 x 556 lb (paper towel in nose)
2 x 596 lb
2 x 646 lb
1 x 686 lb
1 x 701 lb (318 kg)
Not good enough. The bar vibrates on the way down and i am not determined enough and turn it at parallel. The dry and cold air here dries out the airways and usually there is blood when one blows the nose. First time however i have a blowout, even at a lower weight :bitenails:

Raw
5 x 326 lb
5 x 376 lb
3 x 416 lb
3 x 416 lb

Stifleg deadlift
8 x 146 lb
8 x 236 lb
8 x 236 lb
8 x 236 lb

GH Raises
8

Hypers
10

10
10

Hanging leg raises
10

1 banana blast + gatorade during the session. Gainershake afterwards.

Bodyweight after trainging without shoes - 244 lb.

Squatting is simply not good enough from a technical point of view. I'll lift in a older suit next week and stay lighter around the 600 lb mark to get some confidence.
