Awesome weight there on the bench. How did you get started with powerlifting?
I had a good raw bench and somebody engaged in powerlifting asked me if i would come and try benching in a shirt, just for fun. That was 4 years ago, so i got started quite late being 30 years old.

I'm starting to look forward to trying shirted benches one day, just to see how it feels. Also, I have got to get me some boards oneday. My ME days are severely limited in their range of lifts.

Make sure you hook up with someone who knows what shirt benching is about and if you have safety pins, that is a prefered option too. We do not want a headless freako :umwtf:

Just make your own board or pick up a piece of lumber in the woods :headbang: It doesnt matter what it is. Some even use a empty pop bottle in the lack of anything better.
