It depends on what the purpose is. This is just to give a break from the equipment in my training, so i will stay raw do a little higher in the rep range between 5-8 reps and i will probably stay below 70% of my max.What is your preferred method of deloading?

Excactly right Mr Z, not 100% deload, but relatively light. Starting monday i have 3 real hard weeks ahead, and then i deload for real approaching Danish nationals. The rumour is out that my worst competitor will not show for the competition, but lets see, i want to battle himLight weight eh? aint nuttthin but a peanut lol good job.
