Textbook sessions bro! Keep up the good work! You for real are a beast.

Front squats are an awkward exercise. Based on the bar placement, arm placement, pinging of the collar bone, etc. The motion isn't natural in the least bit so going heavy on that exercise, FOR ME, is much more stressful.

The bar placement is so fucking uncomfortable.

I decided to cut it back to 3 reps and it made it much easier to handle. Only needed an assist on my last rep.

Front Squats
10 x 60kg wu
8 x 5 x 80kg
These still suck but felt much lighter than last time.

Military Press
10 x 30kg wu
10 x 40kg wu
6 x 80kg
4 x 80kg
I was getting bad twinges in my left shoulder so I quit these. Hopefully I won't have the same problem next week.

It was at this point I realised I had run out of time and had to get to work. On my lunch break I came back to the gym.

Incline DB Presses
10 x 17.5kg wu
10 x 32.5kg wu
3 x 8 x 40kg

Incline EZbar Extensions
2 x 12 x 27.5kg
9 x 27.5kg, 6 x 22.5kg

Then cardio... Tomorrow its deadlift time!
