Bench: 190 kg RAW
Military bench: 21x 120 kg and 1x 185 kg
Squat: 240 kg RAW and 8x 200kg RAW
upright press: 50kg dumbbell x 17

todays train was excellent:headbang:

Biceps and triceps

Bicep curl in scott: 12x 30kg 12x40kg 12x 50kg 12x60kg
French press on barbell from signs : 12x 50kg 12x 55kg 12x60kg
bicep curl sitting on the bench with the dumbbells: 3x12x 22,5kg (pump)
tricep Dip at own weight: 3x20
Preacher curls lying on the bench: 15x 45kg 15x 55kg 12x 65kg 12x 75kg
Triceps pushdown: 3x12x 75kg

i am 180cm (5,9) and 120 kg (264lb). I throw some pics when i take a few from present condition. At moment i am mass season (or how is it said ):bitenails:

Tomorrow i train upper back very hard....blood sweat and tears =D

By the way all people in here are very friendly =D

the workout is done and i am happy about it

wide grip pullups (warm up) 4x8 own weight
Lat pulldown: 12x 50kg 12x 60 kg 12x 70 kg 6x 95 kg 6x 115 kg
Cable close Grip Pulldown: 15x 50 kg 15x 60 kg 15x 70 kg 12x 80 kg
Straight Arm Pulldown: 15x 35 kg 15x 45 kg 15x 55 kg 12x 65 kg 8x 75kg

And to end some Underhand Pulldown (pump) 3x 50kg

I do 2 back workout in one week. In the following train i do
Bent-over Row, Seated Row, T-bar and some kaz lifting (i dont know its that right word):bitelip:
