Ok, today I played 36 holes of frisbee golf and won 8 bucks :gaygay: (my friends are compulsive gamblers, just unfortunately for small stakes). Then I ate a little and went for a 43 minute run. My legs are toast; I'll have to see about doing legs on the morrow, might not be a good idea.

Alright, I didn't take my log book in 'cause I didn't feel like it :e5dunno:

I did shoulders and forearms. 75 lbs x 6 on DB shoulder press...not bad, I guess. Then I hopped on a bike for 25 minutes; I was going to go longer, but I was the last one in the gym and I felt bad so I left :49:

Deads were superb.
Military was spectacular and as for your crazy ass hyper sets that must have felt great...albeit totally exhausting but great too!

Alright, it's been a little crazy here with the first two days of school, but I'm trying to get around to everyone's logs (including my own!).

Yesterday I did some legs and forearms, only standout was:

Squats
295 x 1
No belt and it felt pretty good.

I also maxed out the calf raise machine for reps, but that's to be expected :hsughup:

Then after legs I did a hard 25 minute run.

8-26-07

Running: 47 minutes

My legs were tired so it was tough to keep going. About 5 hours later I hit up shoulders:

An OK little session. Shoulders are feeling used, so that's good. I think my grip's getting a little better; I just keep trying to punish my hands because what makes me lose my grip is the pain right around my calluses. I just need to build them up a little more.

I have the same grip problem man, sucks a fat one I know. Nice squat, have you hit 300+ yet? How's the cut comin?

Farmers walk is a great exercise to improve grip strength. Good shoulder session Glex :xyxthumbs:

I hate my grip too. Grip sucks! :no:

Great workout though. Squat is good especially with no belt.

Chesti: Yeah, I've done 335 for one on squats. I feel like it should be so much higher :tear: Cut is coming ok...I've had a few setbacks and I'm around 200 right now. Although, I think part of that is the scale I'm using here at school is (probably) much more accurate than what I've been using over the summer so I don't think I jumped quite 5 pounds. I'm actually making an Excel spreadsheet of my pre and post workout weights to see what it looks like; I think the chart will be interesting after about a month.

Aftermath:
I was really pretty happy with everything today. Pullups went very well, and my biceps are pretty worn out. And the run was really good considering I was on a shitty track, had to dodge a bunch of Asians (who apparently weave just as much while running as when they're driving :e5dunno:), I stopped to pick up a raquetball ball that came over the railing onto the track, I just lifted, and I haven't taken a break from running in a few days.

Next time I do a 1.5 miler I'm gonna smash 9:36 :hsughr:

Now, I went and did back and biceps for a few reasons...part of it is because Line lifted legs/back/bis yesterday and we're supposed to do chest/tris later today, and that would put us right on track with each other. The other part is you never know if Line is actually going to show up at the beginning of the semester to lift so I wanted to do something in case he called off :keke:

Unfortunately, if he does come up to lift, I'm gonna be tired now :ughnoes:
