Rocky: Yeah...I know...my chest looks as good as it did when I was hitting PBs but has been suffering in strength recently, and my tris are stronger than ever but they look basically the same The only part that is really reflecting how much weight it can lift is my back
Miami: Yeah...a little too heavy on the 120s, I'll have to try the 110s next time.
