Todays train was short again.. I really dont know what wrongs know, my intrest to train is down and I dont know why.. Maybe I have so much sleep dept that I dont have power to train, dunno. Hopefully this goes over soon! I really want to train hard!

Bench Press:
5x60kg + 5x60kg + 5x60kg + 5x60kg + 5x60kg + 5x60kg

DB Curl:
10x11kg + 10x13,5kg + 10x16kg + 10x18,5kg + 10x16,5kg

Cable Crossover:
3x15 with unknown weights...

+ some abs

You need to set yourself a new goals.New program is what you need.
Why did you do benchpress again?

I forgot that.. Well here it comes:

EZ-Bar Curl:
10x30kg + 10x35kg + 10x35kg

Reverse Grip EZ-Bar Curl
10x30kg + 10x30kg + 10x35kg

Close-Grip Bench Press:
10x50kg + 10x50kg + 10x50kg

Seated Triceps Press:
10x23,5kg + 2x37,5kg (felt pain on my left tricep so I quitted)
+ few sets triceps in the cables..

Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown:

5x80kg - 90kg (...)

5x80kg - 90kg (dont know how much it was but about that)

Reverse Grip Bent-Over Rows:

10x60kg
5x80kg
5x90kg
5x100kg
5x100kg
15x60kg
15x60kg

One-Arm Dumbbell Row:

10x28,5kg
10x38,5kg
5x42,5kg
5x48,5kg

Session was good I think.. Weights are on my level and it felt pretty easy, so maybe I can be happy..!

Tomorrow we are going to train again.

Nice workout bro. Why dont you use chins, the weight you use on the lat pulldown made me assume you could pullup yourself at least a few times

I dont know why we dont do chins... Maybe we should. Well when I read that "..you could pullup yourself at least a few times.." I had to test if I can and I made easily 10.

Today we had pretty nice session! We did this train with HIT style, like our Lord Blake! :imcoolurnot:.
It was Day 2 (Chest and Triceps), I'll write it up later.. Maybe after the shower.

Today pGhi and I hitted back to the gym and train was pretty strong for hang over train.. It was short because we didnt have enough power to train more.. Two days drinking take all power.. :linedrunk:

Tomorrow starts normal training! I'll write todays train later
