Yesterdays bicep session:
Barbell Curl:
10x30kg + 10x35kg + 10x40kg
Dropset:
8x40kg + 12x35kg + 14x30kg + 20x20kg
DB Curl:
3x10-20x11kg
Standing Bicep Cable Curl:
4-5 sets with different weights + Dropset
Felt good to pump biceps!
If I have time I'll go to gym tomorrow.
