OBG - yeah they were no throwing db's around like moron

just some of what we were doing at school latley we were searching the police training building on the airport. It was fun they dropped ceiling tiles on us wrapped wires to get us stuck. They wrap a blind cord around my air pack and the 265lb instructor stood on it to get me to stop and tell my team that i was stuck, but me being me thought it is more than likely just some damn cord and if i kept going it would come undone so i pulled him down the hallway until he told me to get someone to pull the chord from my back. lol anyway i got a new nick name now...Ox

Everything looks really solid. Looks like you can do more on the DB extensions, but if your joints start to go there's nothing you can do.

Your bench, shoulder press, and shrugs are all ridiculous :xyxthumbs:

FF - thanx yeah i guess lugging that airpack around all this time is paying off they were heavy but i think i can go heavier next time
