Powerful performance Fallen. There's some seriously massive weight being thrown about buddy. Bench is close to 300 (I bet you've been over that!), those DB Ext's are hoooge and as for those BB shrugs...:ughnoes: Frighteningly strong.

sorry bout the lack of entries the past week or so. The fire academy has been getting ready for live fire training and i just haven't been able to make time to hit the gym. The next few weeks will be the funnest of the entire academy but also the most stressful. I hope to get to the gym a couple times this week. Thanx to everyone for there kind words but i guess that my 500lb. squat will have to wait for a little while.

the incline bench is still some monsterous weight :eek4: 115s is some pretty heavy weight. Decline bench is also looking strong as hell considing you hit it right after flat db.

nice heavy lat work in there as well, I also really like the cardio...good sprints :xyxthumbs:
