Sorry for not posting in my log and anyone else's for a little bit but a lot of crap has been going down and i just haven't had time to go to the gym and looking at everyone else's log depresses me. Well I take my state test this thurs. and then i am done with the academy minus HAZMAT and ARFF. The stress from an exwife has been killing me but i finally got the gym mon for a little bit. I am dissapointed in the numbers but i knew they would be low so oh well

Don't be down on the session. It may be down on your usual colossal strength but it was still damn impressive. Soz to hear about the probs, but at least you'll be done with your academy so that'll be one load off! Take it easy buddy.

imrann - thanx lost a lot of strength but still happy to be back at the gym

Glex - lol yeah i wouldn't mind it so much but with everything else it was just bad timing.

Rocky - thanx yeah stress level will be way down i still have to take summer classes for ARFF and HAZMAT but those are easy so no worries

Serb - thanx i see you made a log great job buddy i'll check everyones logs today i have missed seeing the progress made.

This was from Wed night i was studing for my state test but needed a break so i hit the gym. Since i was not sure what skills would be on the test i went a little light as to not be too sore on thurs morning.

that leg session rocks man, huge numbers everywhere, 400x10 on squats after pre exhausting them so bad with isolation movements are seriously impressive man:) gotta check this log out often:D
