heavy ass curls throughout the whole workout, looks like u got some real strong bi's. Looks like you supersetted bi's and tris too, i prefer that over working them out seperatley for some reason

Tweak - yeah running up and down all them stairs will really beef up your leg strength

Fucking Christ on a shitting bike I'm sure you must have typed all that out wrong.

Those leg presses were extreme and then to pull off that squat weight for reps is phenomenal.

turkish - thanx i have kept an eye on your log and i must say it is impressive

rageking - yeah they normally don't but the girl at the front desk has a thing for me so she lets me get away with going out the back door with them

Glex - thanx bro they do but i like to do more for my hamstrings since when i don't work them for a little bit them seem to lose size fast

haha thats awesome man, i know my gym wouldnt let me go out with weights.

another good session, and must suck to have to train at 5 everyday, no way i would be able to do that, i go to sleep at 5 sometimes :49:
