Heavy-ass session there fallen! Really impressive pulldowns and that killer rope hammer curls session are the things that stand out for me :xyxthumbs:. Keep it up.

beau - yeah i should've gone heavier but just didn't think about it for some dumb reason

Glex - I am trying to bring up my arms they are strong but lack size compared to my shoulders

BB Press is rather impressive, nice amount of reps shown.

Upright Rows follow as being quite the show as well :2: Heavy weight on them.

20 second holds for 5 reps? :eek4: 100 seconds total? :eek4: Thats quite some grip strength being displayed :eek4:

Whether you think less of it or not, quite a well put session :xyxthumbs:

Looks like you did well with little sleep, what were you unimpressed with? Weight? Reps? Rest?
