solid chest work for that early in the morning.... is there a reason your going low volume???? or is it just becuz 5am is a ridiculous time to try and train?!!!!

I feel you on the working out at 5am. Still very respectable lifts, and I'm sure you'll be performing better at your regular time.

Those presses are huge no matter what time of the day you train - let alone 5am! Great to see you training no matter what the hour!

rageking - yeah she told me that as long as i am there that early then the bosses will never know 5am is hell but it is either that or don't go soooo
turkish - the low volume is more of a time factor than anything else. I only have that little bit of time to lift and get cardio in also
glex - this routine should only last another 2 mths so no worries
tweak - thanx not up to par but getting there

the laterals and front raises were a nice touch, I'm sure the shoulders were pretty well spent after that.

static holds, I'm sure you could hold more weight for 30 seconds, next time grab the 100s :e5dunno:

As ever, impressive weight. Great DB presses and loads of pushdowns at the end when your tris had already taken a beating with the pressing. Good job.

I'm guessing your seated row stack is heavy cos I'd bet you could do more than that on another machine. Still impressive weight nonetheless.

yeah it says the weights but i think the pulley system is set up to and resisitance thanx though
