How Much Water Do You Consume During Lifting?

Well, ever since I started carrying a water bottle with me I realized how much water I was drinkin during each session

I drink about 60oz per workout

next.

I only drink 12 oz. of water at the most. Water runs through me pretty quickly, then i have to pee like 4 different times, so i just stick to a small amount of water.

i would say i drink about 1,5-2 litres of water during each session. It kind of depends what im training to. I consume more water when im training back/legs than when im training arms shoulders etc...

around 3 maybe more. i drink 3 cups of green tea everyday so...... i also don´t wanna be dehydrated so i drink plenty

I go to the water fountain after each set and have a drink so I can't really measure. I definitely get enough in me though.

lol yea man, I take sipps inbetween every set. I carry around this 32oz bottle of water and come very close to drinking 2 of them each session, so 60oz.


whats so hard about that :e5dunno:

that about 1.8 litres.. i dont see that being hard at all..

your basically drinking 2/750ml gatorades

2 liters+, i have 500ml/16.9oz bottle of propel i drink then fill it up, and also drink from the water foutain so a little more.
i also do some cardio, and when i do extreme cardio its probably around 3 liters

^^^ that sounds a bit extreme but ill take your word for it..the only way i can see that as being possible is by working out 4 hrs a day.

im at the gym for around 2 hours, and most of the water i drink is at the end when i get really tired, especially if i end with a lot of cardio.

I usually go through about 1.5 liters during a workout and drink a total of about a gallon and a half a day - some of it crystal light or sugar free coolade. The last week and a half before I compete I will start upping that so it is around 2.5 to 3 gallons a day before I cut back to sips before the show and piss myself dry - bodybuilding is fun, right?
