good session man, some great numbers, especially on the deadz. 5 sets of 5 reps with 275, is hardcore. keep it up man!

Superb work HG. The deadlifting is really good buddy, those are some serious numbers mate. Excellent choice of exercises too. Well done mate, keep up the good work.

yeah not right now, I kinda have a problem they build to fast. I now that sounds stupid but they were getting to big for the rest of my body. I do train them just not very often. Thanks for noticing though.

Hey buddy.

It makes little sense to do two sets with the same weight for a warm up.

And what extactly is a legg press with barbell?

I don't have a leg press machine so I take a barbell and place it behind my legs and with an overhand grip bring it up to my ass. It's very hard and you can't use allot of weight, but it works the same muscles.
