Wow, congrats on the weight gain and it looks like your exercise selections are pretty solid bro. I take it you're doing the same thing as me and going heavy on the last sets in order to increase your overall strength to help later in the bulk.

T-Bar rows are good man (LOL and the Ronnie thing) but I would also suggest either doing BB or DB rows and wide-grip pulldowns if you can't do pullups. To me it's actually kind of funny because even when our gym is packed, no one is ever doing pullups :e5dunno:

Still firing in some huge exercises and numbers Palm. Major numbers being thrown about in here. Glad to hear the bulking is going well too. I expect to see these numbers get as big as your physique mate. Nice work.

Blasted them today. My last set of squats was nasty for real. Hittin hacks before squats was kinda a bright idea that I had and I payed dearly for it. It will all be worth it in the end.

I have to say, I felt awesome today because I trained in my school gym and there wernt any soccer moms or prick bitches. Trained hard and fast. I felt kinda sick towards the end when I was about to do SLDL's so I scratched those off. I felt fever sick, not sick from lifting, I still had some in me. Just started to feel achy. I think I will take tomorrow off to let my body recouperate. I really don't wanna get sick. LEG DAY!! (Mango, take notes.)

great Squats like Ben and fistacuffs have mentioned, man youve made some tremendous improvements. That leg press is awesome too man along with lunges and tearing up those biceps nicely! yea buddah!! I love that drop set after 21s, that takes balls, man up! you surely did

Hey guys I got some bad news. I woke up this morning feeling like shit. I'm not going to class or work today because I have a doctors appointment in Columbia and I have to drive home. I also don't think that I will be able to lift today because I need to save my energy for fighting this thing off and getting better faster. Ya'll just pray for me that it's nothing serious and that I will get better within the next couple of days. I'll try to get on here over the weekend a little but I plan on sleeping the whole weekend so I can fight this thing off. Take it easy and keep liftin fellas, b/c once I get back in the gym I'm comin for ya'll!!
