I want to start off first by saying that I don't know what has come over me the last few sessions but I feel like a complete animal in the gym and I LOVE IT. I do an excersize until I can't go anymore and then go some more. I don't see it as overtraining, I see it as overacheiving and thats what you have to do in this sport. When I see the guy next to me tanking it, I bust it harder b/c I WILL be the one taking that trophy from him come the end of May. With that said, here we go.

Great work dude, you smoked your triceps, that drop set on close grip is just nutts...ITS NUTTS! Hit those shoudlers hard too man with some good weight as a matter of fact. Finishing off with those dips as well, hell yea man putting some mass on them triceps good shit dude. Do I even need to mention anything about them shrugs? Tryin to get traps like me boy? :skurred: excellent job man

Hey man sorry to disapoint you but I don't think I will be able to get a session in today. I have a major presentation due in my english 295 class and it's whoopin my ass. I got a feeling its gonna be a long night. If I'm not too tired, I plan on a chest and squat session tomorrow. I'll let ya'll know.

Hey guys, no session today b/c I need sleep. I havent slept since Wednesday so that is around 30 hours with zero sleep, not even a nap. I had to finish up an english project that was due this morning and it's done so I get off of work at 5 and I am crashing. Legs and Bi's on Sunday. Have a good one boys.

Yea I kept it basic b/c I had limited time in the gym. I forgot it closed at 6 on sundays. I got in there at like 5:15 :tear:

Good session today. I found out that my school gym sucks and doesn't have Dumbells for shit. I wanted to go higher on DB incline but our DB's jump from 80-100 lbs...no 90 or 95's. So that sucks. Someone also jacked my straps and I was rowing 100's w/ no problem but it slipped...I have to buy some more straps. Anyways, other than that...felt good. I will stay with BB excersizes from now on since our school is slack as hell.

Bench Press
1x6- 205 lbs.

that sucks about them janky ass dumbell setup. Thats aright though, just hit them high reps with the 80s and 85s and I bet when your capable of hitting 12-15 reps with the 85s you'll be able to smash some 100s YEA BUDDAH!!! Somebody stole your straps? thats jacked up, what kinda person steals a dudes straps. bitches
As always that bench press is great, along with your rows and pulldowns. Them chins will only get better soon you'll be smashing some reps with weight hanging off you. Get effort with that 100s at the end too, 2 reps is better than none.
