Not much of a session today. I got some worrysome news before my session and it kinda threw everything off. When I got done I found out there was nothing to be worried about so I was pissed/happy. I am gonna pound it tomorrow and Sunday which is my next leg session.

Sorry to hear about the troubling news and I hope all that gets resolved first and foremost. That being said, big props for the PB on squats (always a big milestone) and you used some heavy ass weights on leg press too. Good session my bulking bro! :xyxthumbs:

I swear to God, I can't get a good workout in to save my life. Apparently the gym closes at 7 on fridays and I was working out till 7:45 until I was asked to leave. :tear:. Fuck it, I got a decent one in considering.

Yea squat got 10 lbs. heavier. I dunno what it was. I had insane energy and focus in the gym today. I liked it though.

Great weight on the leg press and awesome job with that drop set...absolutely sick! Then you put up some great numbers on squats as well and those SLDL's aren't anything to sneeze at either. Hit 'em up! :weightlifter:
