i really liked how you finished yourself off on the bench with a heavy negative. that'll definatly tear those muscles down! grats on the pb too. and lol at the db incline...75s for 8 and then 80s for 2? lol, yeah, i'd say you ran out of energy for sure. but thats a good thing! thats the whooooole point bro.

Cardio

Had to do an update so I could keep my log on the first page. I'm still here guys. I walked to the library (I'm in here right now) like 35x this week so does that count as cardio? Damn I miss this shit. School sucks. Anyways, I'm still here and still posting... All of ya'lls logs look great! Keep up the good work boys.

Alright guys, I know it has been a while since I got into the weight room and I expect to get flamed for it but oh well. I'm back into it and I won't get behind on my studies and I will manage my money better this semester so I can eat right too. Anyways here we go. I am going to use the same split that I have been using and I will also post my diet up when I get a chance. It's gonna have whole foods and all that good stuff.

That aside, good to see you're back in action. Buying whole foods in bulk can be suprisingly cheap so hopefully you'll spend your money well. Keep hitting it hard.

I feel good, I dont think I lost too much strenght. Within the next two weeks I should be back to normal or a little below it. I'm stoked though.

Bent over DB rows and squats look far better than "decent" to me! Good weights on the rest of the session as well. Team Bulking Bros lives!

Good work darrell its about time you started hitting it again. I know you got to be feeling better about being back in the weight room. Do you have any DOMS from the long layoff?
