Thats what I've always called it :tear:. But yea...I have had shoulder problems in the past and I havent done presses in a while so I decided to go light w/ it...next session i should get around the 60 lbs mark though. :xyxthumbs:

Glad to see you're back in your gym, bulking bro! Looking forward to seeing you start with the 50's for seated DB press next time. Squats look great. I don't think it's a lack of carbs but you had already done what looks like a few working sets beforehand so it could be that an inadequate rest between sets. Regardless, back work looks good so just keep banging.

good work Pal!! ur squats look solid i think what line said is exactly right, more rest or even consider cutting the 295 set and go straight to 315... i don't know how u do legs and back in one session anyway that has got to be very taxing......

Thanks for the comments guys. I think that I will be switching my routine up so I dont have legs and back on the same day. I will also tweak my diet a little and the times I eat b/c the weight room times are different this semester. I'm gonna work on all that this weekend and post it up tomorrow or sunday. But yea...keep the comments coming guys. Ya'll keep me motivated for sure.

Looking good man, you've def gotten back into the groove of things and a lot of people couldnt have done that as swiftly as you did. Now its just time to pushing cause this summer I'm gonna make you bust your ass and get big.

I think my bicep work was fine bitch. The squats are parallel and below..trust me. I am BULKING...it's all good...the waist will get back down pimpin.

^^ Yea I'm telling you the school weight room sucks. It was like 3 minutes before it was about to close and the dips station was being used so I just jumped on pec dec. It's all good sweetie. I got a good pump out of it. I'm happy.
