Hey guys thanks for the support. Bam, yea I'm feeling pretty damn sore right now. I look like I got fucked in the ass b/c of the way I'm walking after that leg session and I love it. Its a great feeling that I'm glad is back. But yea, here is my session from yesterday, I didnt get a chance to post it up until now but here it goes.

Chest


Flat DB Press
10x50 lbs.
10x60 lbs.
8x70 lbs.
6x80 lbs.

Iso Lateral Wide Chest Press
10x180 lbs.
8x270 lbs.
6x290 lbs.

Bench Press (I was gone after those other two and plus my tris were still fried from the other day. So I took it light and easy.)
8x135 lbs.
3x185 lbs.

That's it right there. I'm stoked b/c I start my bulk back again tomorrow and everything. I'll post my starting weight and everything along with my log for tomorrows leg and bi workout. Keep it real!

Thanks Banshee...well acutally she is sitting on my bed right now watching Law and Order and drinking Malibu and Pineapple Juice...so I guess you could say it's going rather well for her. She needs some motivation...light a fire under her ass for me.

Nice weights on the DB press and the Iso Chest Presses (HammerStrength I pressume?). I can certaintly understand why you were so fried when it came to flat bench...especially with all that ass-fucking you've been getting :xyxthumbs:

Good session today. I felt like I got a lot out of it. The wheels are starting to come back around and are not as sore today so I got good work out of them. The bi's are still a little weak but I'm not worried, those are one of my strong points.

Thanks brotha...that is how I usually do all of my workouts. I alternate body parts. It works well.

Good workout today...considering. Well I was working out again (I got permission to get back in my gym) and I was resting after my last set of shoulder shrugs and this older dude comes up to me and is like are you Darrell? I say yea and so he invites me to play on a men's softball tournament team. So that is cool...I'll work it in around my lifting. Practice after work until like 6 or so and then lift from 6:15-8...I should be alright. Anways, I thought I would throw that in there...I'm kinda excited.
